This is our third stay in Liu Men Hotel and the experience is wonderful. Thea, the front office staff greeted us warmly when we arrived. The rooms were clean and had a Peranakan charm. Prior to arriving at the hotel, a text message was sent to provide us with all the relevant information, which included a google map, parking location and passcode to enter from the back of the hotel. As we had to leave early the following day, the F&B team made sure they set up the breakfast for us earlier. The food was tasty, well presented, and the service staff were courteous and friendly. We will definitely return to this hotel again as our preference is towards a quieter and more intimate atmosphere.

I chosen Liu Men Hotel for our company workshop staying because I would like to let my colleagues from other ASEAN and South Asia countries to be hosted by a unique Peranakan-inspired design home that reflects Melaka’s rich multicultural elements. The historical charm and elegance ambience didn't disappoint me and my colleagues, we enjoyed very much for the stay 🥰 What touched my heart the most is the personalised hospitality and attentive service from the hotel management team. They willing to make arrangements and adjustments as according to customer needs, I will like to express my gratitude especially to Mr. Edmund Pang, Ms. Juraida and Mr. Ikram who had provide us the necessary arrangements and warm services😊 The fine dinner specifically ordered and served also highly praised, we wish could have chance to meet their chef to give him our praises 👍🏻 Some little gestures example like warm letter / message specifically only for you, complimentary local fruits, cookies and snacks prepared in the room also touched me deeply. The hotel location is very strategic, 15 mins walking distance to Jonker Street and key heritage landmarks. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, the only drawback is the room is not fully soundproof (to retain it's historic charm as heritage property), if your neighbours are noisy buddy, it could be annoying for light sleepers, luckily every room is provided with earplugs for those guests who need it. Overall, I give high rate to Liu Men hotel and it's recommended especially for those who looking for an immersive cultural stay experience that combines history, comfort, and refined elegance.
