All staff were exceptionally professional, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. The level of service genuinely exceeded my expectations. I recently stayed at a 5-star hotel in Kuala Lumpur that is part of the same hotel chain I work for, and I can confidently say that Wyndham Majestic provided a far better guest experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We were also very grateful to the reception team for accommodating our request and providing us with a room that had a wonderful view. The hotel’s facilities and restaurants were extremely convenient, especially considering the distance from other attractions and areas within Genting Highlands. I would also like to especially recognize the staff member at the pool and dart-playing area who wore a hat. He was tall , fair skinned. Unfortunately, I was unable to get his name, but he was truly one of the most outstanding hotel staff members I have encountered. He was attentive, professional, and clearly understood how to deliver exceptional guest service. As someone working in a managerial position at a 5-star resort in the Maldives, I greatly appreciate and recognize high service standards, and he certainly embodied them. We also really appreciated having a 7-Eleven conveniently located within the hotel. It was extremely helpful during our stay and offered a wide variety of options to choose from. The selection of restaurant outlets within the hotel was excellent as well, providing both convenience and great dining experiences. The hardrock cafe was especially great as the staffs were kind and attentive. Additionally, my wife thoroughly enjoyed the massage experience. The therapist was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, which made the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, efficient, and well handled by the team. We would also like to recognize the bell attendants for being very helpful, responsive, and quick in assisting us throughout our check in and check out. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel for guests looking to relax and fully enjoy the property itself. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend it to others.
