“Great stay”
We had a lovely stay at Royale Chulan Cherating as a family with young children and elderly parents. We booked two ground floor rooms for easy access, which was really convenient. Receptionist : Pn Suraya very helpfull...nice...give more input on activities...foods... En Shazrul also helpful by provide info on resort... Maybe pool will give more depth for customer to stay... “Nice hotel”
Very nice hotel.. room very clean.. breakfast very tasty even though very limited choices.. staff very accommodative,friendly and polite.. definitely will come again.. very near to the beach.. and easy to get food around the hotel with reasonable price

“Relaxing except during rain”
The location was very convenient. The room was quite spacious, but the major issue happened during rain. The air conditioner compressor enclosure produced a very loud noise when the rain hit it. Atmosphere was very relaxing, clean and worth of the price value.

“Comfortable but Could Improve”
Overall, the hotel was good, but there is still room for improvement. It would be better if the hotel had a swimming pool for guests to enjoy, especially since it’s not directly facing the sea and the beach nearby is in a cove.
