Location: This resort is located on the famed, sandy beach at Batu Feringgi, nestled between the sea and emerald green hills. Guests may explore the Batu Ferringhi night market which is only 10 minutes on foot from the hotel. The Penang Butterfly Farm and the Tropical Spice Gardens are 10 minutes away by car. It is just 16 km from the centre of Georgetown and 25 minutes to the shopping facilities of Gurney Plaza, while the tourist centre at Penang is a 35-minute drive away. Penang Island is linked to the mainland by the Penang Bridge spanning 13.5 km across the channel, and the island's numerous attractions include sandy beaches, a diverse culture and heritage as well as fine food and shopping. Penang Airport is 30 km away.

“From getting suitcases out of taxi, front desk to the guys tidying the room to the great managers”
From getting out of the taxi to getting into the taxi leaving it was five star service. Could not fault anything, The hotel is definitely a five star hotel. It feels like home away from home the staff are top notch ,caring to make your stay great. The food, the facilities are the best.
