“Friendly Staff”

“Good option for Penang visit”
New crown plaza in penang.intresting room layout and designs.giving it 4 stars as they need to improve service and cleanliness.Breakfast was great but it felt the employees were kind of new in terms of providing service to guests.hopefully improvements going forward
