“Ordinary hotel, ordinary service, ordinary room!”
This hotel is very good because of the location very close to the harbor. My friend and I stayed 1 night only here before go to Penang Island. Another good thing, the receptionist was nice, AC quite good, TV ordinary.

“Average hotel with a quite disappointing cleanliness”
I've stayed for just one night before transit to Georgetown. I arrived at 0000 but there was still a receptionist stood by which was good. When I stepped in the room, I can see it was acceptable but the cleanliness was lacking. The TV also not functioning very well. But, as a budget hotel it is sti… more

“Ok lah ”
It's a budget hotel men, you get what you pay, water heater works fine, only the aircond takes a long time to chill, only 5 - 10 minutes of walks to Butterworth railway station, Penang Sentral, and also Jetty to Penang.
