“A must stay hotel in Penang”
From the time of the check in till check out, hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. Room was clean and bedding clean and white. Toiletries adequate while refreshments were provided. No complaints if you stay in this hotel.

The hotel is nice and the staff is great. They attend to my requests really quickly. They come in pairs as well to assist and ensure safety is prioritized. Dont like the dark theme and cramp hotel lobby. Feels like a budget hotel. Buffet breakfast varieties are average for the price of the hotel and
