“Very Satisfied”
Staff friendly, Room nice and location is good because easy to access the place that want to visit and find the food to eat. The things that need to make improvement is hotel management need to make sure the facilities in the room is functioning.

“Good stay and decent hotel, worth the value”
I’ve checked in here for a night. The hotel is situated in front of the ferry terminal/ bus station. I got the sea view from my room and I can spot penang landmarks (Komtar and penang bridge) in my room num 506. “Will think twice or thrice before coming back”
My 2nd stay at this hotel. Nice and uniquely decorated. Ample and easily accessible parking area just beside the hotel. Biggest downside for me: 1. No free late check-out. Exactly by 12 noon, else you pay for every hour late. It is quite normal for hotels to give until 1pm or even up to 2 pm… more
