“Great stay”
I really loved my stay in this hotel on my tour of Malaysia. The room was so comfortable and the location was perfect. The staff at breakfast were so helpful and welcoming, especially A.Subbiah and his team. He suggested foods for me to try which I loved, and really went the extra mile.

“Lots to like staying here”
Stayed here for the first time recently for 6 nights at the end of our Thailand / Penang trip. “Good value hotel next to Komtar Tower and 1st Avenue Mall.”
Was in Penang for a gathering and stayed at the Jen Hotel in Penang. Booked a club floor room with lounge access. Rooms came with a view of the sea but is a little dated. Toilet had a bit of smell which couldn’t be removed. Water pressure was also low. But otherwise, stay was comfortable.
