“Modern with moderate comfort”
This hotel is clean and modern with basic amenities (no luxury features). My king room had a rather uncomfortable easy chair. The bed was comfortable and temperature control good. Mei Hotel is convenient and nice. Clean hotel and security on lift and staircase. Without a hotel room card, unable to reach the level. Housekeeping given a broken glass on first night and we managed to get a change on the next day. Overall worth to stay this hotel.

“Close to the old town area of Georgetown”
Hotel Mei Georgetown Penang A block or so away from the McAllister Rd food market. The location is key here, 20 mins walk away from the old fort and 20 mins from Armenia St. The hotel provided two room card keys to allow the aircon to be left on during the day.
