“Thank you to Syed Hilman and Shuhada in reception, they were very helpful and kind.”
The 5 star review is purely due to the staff I mentioned in reception as they were very helpful and gave us excellent service when we checked in. Management, please clean the hotel, it is nice but it needs good cleaning and maintenance Our room is nice and spacious but not clean

“Lots of stains in the room, no pool towels, disappointing”
My goodness, how much wasted potential there is here. I followed directions in the hotel brochure to the pool, where I was told pool towels would be available.
