Had an amazing experience at Ocean View Lounge! The food was delicious, and the mocktails were refreshing and beautifully prepared. The service was absolutely top-notch, with every staff member being warm, attentive, and professional. The breathtaking ocean view made the whole experience even more special, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team, especially Bisalmi, Nor, Choon, Ruby, and Puva, for making us feel right at home. Amazing Dining Experience at Lancava & Ocean View Lounge We had a wonderful experience at Lancava and Ocean View Lounge at Parkroyal Langkawi Resort. The food at Lancava was absolutely superb, with every dish beautifully prepared and full of flavor. A special thanks to Anas and the entire team for their warm hospitality and excellent service. They truly made us feel welcomed throughout our visit. We also spent time at the Ocean View Lounge, where the breathtaking sea view created the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. It was an unforgettable experience. A special thank you to Bisalmi for the lovely resort tour and for sharing the beauty of Parkroyal Langkawi Resort with us. Your friendliness and hospitality made our visit even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, outstanding service, and spectacular views. We can't wait to visit again!

Had a great 4D3N stay here with a friend. Just a 15-min Grab ride from the airport, the lovely 300-room hotel is located at a secluded end of Pantai Tengah but travelling to everywhere (for food, shopping or spa) can be easily done by Grab which is efficient and decently priced. Our deluxe twin room was spacious and cosy with all the amenities we needed and a TV with streaming channels such as BEIN Sports. The AC also automatically switched off whenever a door or window is open so a Green thumb up for that. Corridors are also extremely clean for a big hotel. Service staff are cordial and room service is commendable. Our favorite spot is the adults-only rooftop pool with great panoramic views of the horizon and nearby islands. Highly recommended if you want a relaxing getaway at a resort catered for total relaxation.

We had a pleasant stay at PARKROYAL Langkawi Resort. Our room was beautiful and offered a wonderful sea view, which made waking up every morning a real pleasure. The resort itself is impressive, with a great swimming pool area and a beach that creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were generally friendly and welcoming, but we noticed that attention to detail and consistency in service could be improved. One example was the breakfast egg station. Unfortunately, the hygiene standards there were disappointing. The oil used for cooking contained leftover pieces from previously cooked eggs, and every time the pan was filled with new oil, these leftovers ended up in the freshly prepared eggs. When I mentioned this to the lady working at the station, she did not seem to understand my concern. The gentleman working there looked irritated at first, but eventually removed the pieces from the oil and brought a clean container with fresh oil, showing that he understood the issue. Unfortunately, the next morning the exact same situation happened again. There were also a few smaller service issues. A cappuccino that was promised during breakfast never arrived. On one occasion, we were also ignored when trying to order a drink at the pool bar, which was frustrating, especially in a resort where guests expect attentive service. Another example was the mangosteens, which were available as part of the regular fruit selection. Some guests were taking entire plates with more than 20 pieces, while when I asked if I could try one, I was told they were unfortunately finished. It is understandable that popular fruit can run out, but better monitoring and portion control would make the experience fairer for all guests. The Saturday evening BBQ party (which was a paid event) was a very nice initiative and a lot of fun. However, we noticed a similar issue there: some guests took again large amounts of lobster, leaving little or nothing for others. A bit more supervision from the hotel team would improve the experience for everyone. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location, the beach, the pool area and the beautiful surroundings are definite highlights. The resort has many great qualities and a lot of potential. With more attention to small details, hygiene, and consistent guest service, PARKROYAL Langkawi could become an exceptional resort.
