“Business Trip”
This was my first time visiting Bintulu for a business trip. My flight landed early in the morning, and although the hotel was fully booked, the staff handled the situation very well. The receptionist, Alisa, was especially helpful—she let me store my luggage and personally called me within 2 hours… more

“Promenade”
Complimentary car parking. Slow but eventual checkin. Excellent value for money decent hotel. All day dining restaurant. Large function space on the 1st floor. Free car parking

“A very good place to stay”
The huge smile we had from Yusof, the bellman, on our arrival, was a harbinger of things to come. Whenever we arrived or left the hotel, he was there to support us - with parking, luggage, advice on places to go and help with our inadequate Malay language when we asked for it.
