“Excellent service”
The room n toilet are clean, aircon was cool, have tv with the good channel n also the wifi was strong for our chid.. and the place take 5 min to the shop mall

Housekeeping staff is very fast and efficient. The location, at the foot of Canada Hill and near UTC, is a bit isolated from attractions in Miri, but GrabCars are cheap. Stayed here for 1 night. I must say it was not too bad though the hotel does need some improvements. I didn’t really had a good night sleep because of the occasional noise outside the room plus the pillows were not comfortable at all. It all depends at what price you got this hotel for. I got it under 40 dollars so no complaints in general . The hotel is very near to Canada Hill. The hotel has seen better days.
