“Fav KL staycation”
Good location, at the city centre, easier to order food online, near to public transportation, walking distance to KLCC. The lobby and service are fantastic. “5 star experience”
Everything was great..The only thing I wish the hotel could improve is how to handle the crowd in pool during peak times especially evening hours. As the pool facilities are shared with Four Points & Renaissance, there is very limited sitting space for parents supervising the kids.

“Brilliant hotel in a perfect location”
I’ve just completed an extended stay at the Renaissance in KL. Thank you to Valerie and her team for such an amazing hotel experience. “Poor - Needs refurbishment...”
Hotel needs refurbishment and very loud environment. Couldn't sleep due to motor bike noise. Clearly not double glazing glasses in the rooms.
