“Super clean friendly staff”
The Hacienda Santana was absolutely fabulous. Super clean, staff very accommodating reasonable price, 24hr security, quiet and a quality breakfast included. We came in late, tired and hungry. “Best Hotel in Tecate”
We have stayed here twice now. Absolutely love everything about the hotel. The decor, the size of the rooms, the friendliness of the entire staff, cleanliness, the restaurant is so good and very affordable. The bar is such a cool spot. They just finished the pools. “Mixed Impression”
First time here. Check-in and security impeccable. Actually, love the security safeguards they have in place. Very courteous, was shown the 2 rooms I booked thru Booking.com. Hotel interior is beautiful. Rooms were clean and modern. Wi-fi wasn't working, and staff said "too many people using." Hm… more
