“Comfortable and clean hotel near Centro Banamex”
Really comfortable experience. I needed a hotel near Centro Banamex and chose this one based upon the reviews. The room was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was strong, and the staff were very nice. I would return here again without hesitation.

“Falling in love with Mexico City!”
The hotel is lovely and comfortable, the staff is fantastic from the front desk to Raul, el Bellboy extraordinaire! They were great at recommending places to visit and arranging modes of transportation. We would gladly stay here again and explore some more!

“Great Polanco location with stellar service, but dated facilities”
Perfectly located in Polanco, a safe and lively neighborhood (one of the safest and beautiful neighborhoods in Mexico) The hotel is dated but functional, with great staff, a spa, gym and restaurant (opens at 7am) Heating doesn´t work Solid 7.5/10 pts.
