“Good”
The attention was really good for Lobby team, specially José Luis Martinez. Hotel is clean and is a good option for business trip. The only thing that they can improve is the attention in the Restaurant, one of the employees was not friendly with the people.

The best thing about the hotel was the very friendly staff. Although there was no cooling system or ironing facilities in the room, they happily provided a good fan and iron when asked. “Good Hotel for bussines at Naucalpan”
Good service form people at front desk Jose Luis Martinez made a very good service as well as Julio. A bit of mantinance on the rooms, especialy electrical facilities, like ligths at the bathroom will help to make the stay more confortable
