“great hotel, staff and location”
wonderful hotel, professional staff, clean rooms , big screen tv and perfect downtown location to see the famous cathedrals and gardens. Staff spoke good english and always helpfull. excellent wifi and good variety of tv channels. great location to see Toluca for tourists.

Rooms are ok, even if they need to be refurbished, like the entire hotel. Housekeeping need improvement.
