Wow wow wow what an incredible Hoyle. Very upscale, elegant and had excellent service. Room was great, beds were comfy 10/10, also very good wifi. Wow wow wow what an incredible Hoyle. Very upscale, elegant and had excellent service. Room was great, beds were comfy 10/10, also very good wifi. We had the premium vip stuff and had access to the lounge. Breakfast was excellent, super delicious and lots of variety. But what really stood out too me was the evening cocktail service both people were fantastic. In particular Raul in the evenings was just spectacular. Not only did he remember our names but he remembered our drinks orders. I will 100% be back at this hotel

“Highly recommend this deluxe Mexican brand hotel!”

We traveled to Mexico City for a family friend’s wedding and decided to try out a Mexican hotel brand and we are delighted that we did! We reserved rooms on the Executive Level, floors 21-23, which entitles guests to access the Fiesta Club Room, between the hours of 6-11 am and 5-11 pm on weekdays, 7-12N on Sat, Sun, and holidays, and 5-10 pm on Sundays and holidays (I think it is closed on Saturday evenings). We enjoyed a full breakfast and, in the evenings, hot and cold appetizers and 2 entrees. It was difficult saving room for our dinner reservations! Domestic alcohol and sodas are complimentary (1 per person) and I think you ca. Pay for imported alcohol. Service at the club room was excellent. I highly recommend reserving on these floors. Housekeeping was immaculate and provided free water bottles (2 small and 1 large). The rooms were very comfortable and equal to most US hotel brands. The bathrooms were dates but this didn’t bother us. The bathroom amenities were upscale and much appreciated. The robes and slippers added to the deluxe feel. The location is central to both the older part of town, El Centra, as well as the trendier Polanco and Condesa. The hotel also had the distinction f being a stop for poplar tours such as the one for the pyramids which we enjoyed very much. Money exchange is available on-site and the cashier was kind enough to break the huge bills we needed in smaller denomination. In short, we had a lovely stay and highly recommend this hotel! The lo

“Nice view”

Nice large room with the city view. The room was very quiet and clean with air conditioning. They clean our room every day and changed towels and sheets.

“Watch out the Shower Head at a Mexican Hotel”

The location is excellent. Very convenient. The room is big and clean. Bedding and pillows good. The shower facility needs improvement. The location is excellent. Very convenient. The room is big and clean. Bedding and pillows good. The shower facility needs improvement. It is an overhead shower, you need to wear shower cap every time to avoid wetting your hair. The food at the executive lounge needs improvement: the scramble eggs were over-cooked and hard, the boiled eggs were cold. Toaster was only available some time. So you ate the bread cold! The buffet breakfast at the Reforma restaurant was good but expensive . Services were very good but choices were limited, no mushrooms, sausages , tomatoes. Not value for money.
