We stayed at this hotel in March 2024. The hotel is stylish and convenient for Mexico City Airport, it is only 10-15 mins ride from the hotel plus they have a free shuttle service both ways. The property is located inside 'Via 115' shopping centre, you can find cinemas, starbucks, restaurants and some other shops. The hotel is new, functional and nice. Very comfortable beds, their rooms are very modern. Good customer service during my stay. Fully reccomended hotel to stay for business or pleasure.

“Good Formula One Hotel”

This is a nice hotel with good sized rooms. Our view was out the back, but other rooms had a great view. The room are quiet. The restrooms are limited size and the shower is very small and the shower head was leaky. The restaurant was very slow in service and on two occasions gave us faulty orders.… more

This is a nice hotel with good sized rooms. Our view was out the back, but other rooms had a great view. The room are quiet. The restrooms are limited size and the shower is very small and the shower head was leaky. The restaurant was very slow in service and on two occasions gave us faulty orders. It is very hard to get the airport shuttle (you have to contact them inside the arrivals hall). It runs once per hour in most cases :30 after from the airport and at the top of the hour from the hotel. Given Mexican traffic this is subjects to conditions.

I would have given this 5 stars -- however, we were there for a Metallica concert at the Foro Sol, and many guests were no doubt planning to attend the same concert, and it would have been nice for the hotel to organise a shuttle service to the venue. I would have given this 5 stars -- however, we were there for a Metallica concert at the Foro Sol, and many guests were no doubt planning to attend the same concert, and it would have been nice for the hotel to organise a shuttle service to the venue. Foreign guests like myself who don't know the area, don't speak Spanish, and probably would not walk back to the hotel after the concert, would have appreciated a service like that, since it's difficult for taxis and Ubers to collect you after the event due to traffic. It was hard to enjoy the concert whilst wondering how you were getting home. I gave 4 stars here, instead of 3, only because of the exceptional service from Mr. Trinidad and the lovely lady who assisted us every morning for brunch at the restaurant; the service from them was exceptional.

We booked here our last night in Mexico to be close to the airport, but I would look for someplace else in the future. * This hotel is in a small, low-budget mall (tacky, but convenient for buying water since the hotel doesn't provide much) and there are no grounds to walk in. * We paid for a "king" master suite, but the bed was a European king (size between an American queen and king) and we had to ask for a separate cot. * We booked the suite assuming that there would be privacy between the sitting room and bedroom, but the dividers are full of "decorative" holes so light and sound easily pass through—it's a very stupid design that doesn't provide privacy. * The main bed mattress was VERY soft--if you prefer something firmer, or have a bad back like me, you won't like it and may feel sore the next day. * The towels are coarse and rough with some fraying and the toilet paper is cheap and flimsy--the owners are frugal at guests' expense. * The aircon wasn't working at all when we arrived. An engineer came and turned it on but the thermostat wasn't functioning, so it became much too cold and we had to shut it off. * The restaurant wasn't impressive either, though the staff were nice. Breakfast is overpriced in the hotel but you may like to try TOKS in the mall. * If you book here, be aware that there is a free shuttle (takes 15 mins or so), but you have to find the small "Fiesta" office in the airport (between doors 3 and 4, I think) and ask for it there. They go back to the airport every hour on the hour, but you have to reserve at reception. Overall I expected better for the price.
