“Overall great experience”
Wonderful location in the heart of Mexico City. Felt very safe, especially with the locked entrance and security from the alley. “Staff Truly Shines”
This hotel is fantastic. As someone who isn't fluent in Spanish, the staff - specifically Daniela - was incredibly helpful & made it a great experience. The room was clean, neatly organized & had a great terrace. You won't find better value in downtown.

“Great location”
Nice hotel, rooms are a little small but comfortable. Great location shopping, restaurants are very close.Daniela at the front desk was very helpful to me and my husband. Overall everything was good. Definitely l will stay again. Gay friendly hotel.
