I stayed here for 4 nights with my 17yo daughter. The room was plenty roomy (though there is a lack of wet towel hanging spaces). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. In particular the breakfast hostess Aylin knew our name by the second morning. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and you could order eggs - I enjoyed the juevos rancheros multiple mornings. And their hash brown patties are tasty and crunchy! The location was great, central to all the things we wanted to get to including the airport, the concert venue Estadio GNP Seguro, El centro, and Coyoacan. The street outside is quiet and safe at night, and there are taco places open late for some tasty eats. We would gladly stay here again.

“Love this Mexico City Hotel”

Our family spent a week at the Mondrian, and by the end of our stay, it truly felt like we were leaving friends behind. Gustavo, our concierge, was incredible. Every recommendation he gave us was spot on and helped us experience Mexico City in such a meaningful way. Whether it was a restaurant, a family activity, or a hidden gem, he always took the time to understand what we were looking for and made each day feel special. David, our bellman, greeted us with the warmest smile every single day. He was genuinely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. It may seem like a small thing, but seeing his friendly face each day made us feel at home. Traveling with a family can be hectic at times, but Gustavo and David made everything so much easier. Their kindness, hospitality, and sincere care are something we’ll always remember. They are a true reflection of what exceptional service looks like. Thank you both for making our week so memorable. We already can’t wait to come back, and we hope to see you again on our next visit.

Stayed at the Mondrian for six nights in July. Booked as part of the American Express Hotel Collection. We were told we were upgraded when we arrived, but our room was quite small so I think it may have been just a higher-floor upgrade. Still, room was pleasant and well decorated although the bathroom sink/vanity is open to the bedroom, which I hate when traveling with someone else. Toilet and shower both located in small stalls with frosted glass doors so the privacy factor isnt there. Breakfast was included with the Amex rate and we enjoyed it every day. Staff was very nice and the food tasty, although the dining space isn't really all that inviting. On a side note, the hotel needs to update some of their materials which state what's included/not included as some of it was factually incorrect. Also, in-room material mentions Skybar (closed) as well as the bath amenities offered, which are now different. Speaking of the bar, the hotel needs one. It's awkward to just sit in the restaurant or lobby to have a drink. Mondrian shares a space with Andaz Condesa, which we've also stayed in. Overall, both are nice and you can't go wrong with either since the Condesa is such a great neighborhood.
