“Amazing stay!!”
Eric was incredibly helpful during our stay at NH. He welcomed us when he first arrived and he went above and beyond assisting us with an unrelated issue and was kind and patient. If I give 10 stars, i would. Bar at the hotel was also a nice treat.

“Great service”
Great hotel. Everyone at the hotel… and especially Gabriela Islas in the restaurant… took such amazing care of our very large group. 1/2 of which were blind/visually impaired… incredible experience

Room was clean and well maintained. Staff attentive and friendly. Checkin and checkout was easy. Amenities as described. Location in Juarez neighborhood was convenient and close to public transit

“Not worth the budget”
NH Reforma is much below the standard you are used to in other NH hotels across the world. It was average clean in bedrooms, it was not clean in shared bathroom, and it very seriously lacked maintenance. Beds are really soft. The staff is nice and helpful. The restaurant is good.
