“Very good”

Clean, good location and great room. I got a really comfy junior suite. A lot of toiletries and service very good, every day. To get the TV remote you need to leave a deposit but no worries, just get up and turn on the TV. :)

My wife and I arrived early in the morning. We were visiting a company nearby for a couple of days. Asked about rooms. The only room available at that time was a jacuzzi suite. Asked to see it. Very, very nice room with a king-size bed and a jacuzzi that could probably hold six people. Price was a bit higher than we wanted (1050 pesos per night), but we took it. [Later, I determined that we could have gotten a lower rate by using Bookings.com, but it was only two nights]. Even so, the price was about half of what you would pay for a standard room on Reforma Ave. Very pleased with the room and the service. Also, very pleased with the restaurant, Good food at very reasonable prices. The only problem is the location. Not near much, except the company we were visiting.. A very nice shopping mall (Parque Delta) is about six blocks away, but we did not feel comfortable going at night. A Catholic church is about two blocks away.

I will write Pro’s and Con’s of the hotel. Con’s: “Lack of Customer Service” (our first day we were not greeted with a welcoming speech or smile, seems we interrupted the front desk guy series’s he was watching on his phone. We tried exchanging dlls and some were not received for a little dot, or small rip, but front desk guy was not kind enough to explain with gentleness the why they would not receive them), “No air conditioning or Heater” (the control for the temperature never worked even when we asked for a new one it never arrived), “Window of the room without lock” (I heard stories of people getting robbed at the hotel. No wonder! The windows can easily be opened from someone on the outside. Does not matter if you are on a second floor or third floor, there are terraces and people who rob are smart. We asked to get it fixed, did not happened), “Not enough electric plugs” (From 4 in the room only 2 worked. We had to share charging our phones), “Somewhat hard pillows and bed” (just in case you have a sensitive back). Pro’s: “Good Price” (Paid $55 dlls for a room with a king size bed and a Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi was not top of the line, but with hot water after a long day of walking it made a difference), “Exchange Dollars” (Even when they are very specific with this, you get a good exchange rate), “Area around is good” (There is Buffalo Wild Wings and Starbucks literally half a block away. Movie theater and mall 3 blocks away. Amazing restaurants like casa don toño 3 blocks away. Center of Mexico 20 min away, Chapultepec Castle 15 min away, Xochimilco 40 min away), “Room is spacious and well cleaned”. We walked around the area and nothing happened to us. We ate street tacos 2 blocks away. We bought waters and gatorades a block and a half away in small little stores. Is not a bad place to save some money and tour Mexico. What I did to prevent theft, I bought locks for luggage in the US, and before leaving the room we would all lock our luggage. Nothing happened and we had a decent stay.
