“Cityzen is a 10 out of 10”
Erenesto and the rest of the staff at citizen were fantastic. They were very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. 10 out of 10. Food and service was fast and friendly. Food was outstanding.

“Great stay at Sofitel in CDMX”
Overall, we had an incredible trip at the Sofitel. The pool and spa were beautiful, rooms all had an amazing view but the real highlight was the staff who work there!
