“Casa Blanca 7, Mexico at it's best”

The hotel, staff, and location are all wonderful. I've traveled to 72 Countries this rates in my top 10. The front desk was helpful and proactive in making our stay perfect. Cleanliness is beyond our expectations, which we appreciated.

Great location, wonderful service, beautifully designed hotel with a fabulous rooftop restaurant. Parking and breakfast was included. Great location, wonderful service, beautifully designed hotel with a fabulous rooftop restaurant. Parking and breakfast was included. Beds were comfortable and the shower was the best we have had in Mexico. Housekeeping was very good, and we loved our stay. If you want a quieter room, ask for the inner courtyard. We were in Room 5. Highly recommend.

“This great hotel was exactly what the Dr. ordered”

I came to Casa Blanca 7 after breaking my leg while traveling solo and was told by a Dr. to hole up in a full service hotel until I was cleared for flying. I came to Casa Blanca 7 after breaking my leg while traveling solo and was told by a Dr. to hole up in a full service hotel until I was cleared for flying. The kindness and attention from staff could not have been more appropriate, professional or customer focused. What was a truly painful and terrible week for me was made infinitely better better and less frightening by the courteous and sincerely caring staff. The room itself was large and easy to navigate on crutches, the room service meals were delicious and inventive, and the building itself was ideally located and elegantly appointed. Special shout out to Edwin and Xavier,, who always magically appeared to offer and elbow when I needed to navigate stairs, helped me arrange Dr. appointments etc, and even accompanied me to a local clinic for my cast fitting!.

This beautiful hotel is thoughtfully-designed, small, and centrally located. The staff were all exceptionally friendly; the rooms are tasteful and comfortable; the bed was perfect; and the bathroom large and airy with excellent water pressure and nice complimentary products. However, what made this place stand out the most was the food. The complimentary multi-course breakfast is truly the best breakfast I have had in my life. I would stay here again just for the breakfast. The restaurant on the upper terrace had the best food (lunch and dinner) of anywhere we went in San Miguel. Truly. And we tried many of the so-called best restaurants in town. I’m guessing that the only reason this restaurant isn’t on all the best restaurant lists is because it’s in a hotel, but truly: it should be. Yes, we wished it had a pool—that would have made it perfect. And the fancy clothing store downstairs seemed a very strange choice. (Please sell the beautiful ceramics you use instead!) These very minor comments aside, we will happily come back here (and would come back for the food alone.)
