“Outstanding Customer Service by Juan García- Receptionist.”
Excellent Service, Juan Garcia who works at the reception helped us out in a work emergency, we had to use a workspace and in record time he solved it. That is the type of customer service you need when you are out on a business trip. Thank you…..

“Early Airport Departure”
Stayed January 23rd. Great shuttle service and hotel was clean. It's a 15 minutes ride to airports. You have a Denny's and Chilis next door. I would stay again.

“Not too shabby”
Overall, I would give the hotel a 8 out of 10 with just a few small minor setbacks. The one thing that was annoying was the traffic noise from the highway in front of hotel. “Needs remodel update”
The hotel is showing its age. Wallpaper was peeling, bathroom door didn’t have a lock, light bulb missing from one of the nightlights and the bathroom shower is outdated. The room was dark and had furniture from the 90’s. The bed was comfortable and it had a nice size tv.

“Stay at Hampton GDL airport”
The room was a little outdated and the breakfast was average. Check out the gym and is a bit dark average equipment. Service is ok but location of hotel is great as it is walking distance to Denny's and Chili's. I arrived late at night due to flight delay and was able to find food at Denny's.
