“Bitts staff are an example of great service”
Nelson and Alfonso at Bitts (pool area) were absolutely AMAZING they are extremely attentive and friendly. Food was really good, specifically the fries! I would be back to this hotel based solely on my experience with the pool area staff!

“Amazing experience at hard rock from an Americans perspective”
We had a great time today. It’s a hard rock hotel. They were very hospitable and Nelson at the upstairs pool bar was amazing as was Emilio down at the seafood buffet. “stylish but loud”
Very stylish and nice hotel. I had a very spacious corner room on 19th floor. Unfortunately the windows are of bad quality and it was extremely loud.
