I really liked my stay at the Hotel Indigo Guadalajara Expo! From the start, the place felt modern and nice. The hotel has a style that shows the culture of Guadalajara, and I liked that a lot. My room was comfy and had everything I needed. I slept very well. The people who work there were very kind and always ready to help. The hotel’s location was perfect for me because it was near the Expo. I could also go to other places in the city easily.The food in the restaurant was tasty. I also liked the bar to relax a bit at night. Overall, I had a very good experience at the Hotel Indigo Guadalajara Expo. I will tell my friends about it. I hope to go back!

“Good location, some drawbacks”

We chose this place for its location and the IHG brand, mainly. Unfortunately upon our arrival, the front desk staff all seemed disinterested in assisting. We chose this place for its location and the IHG brand, mainly. Unfortunately upon our arrival, the front desk staff all seemed disinterested in assisting. We had a few encounters when it seemed like we were interrupting their cellphone time. Nonetheless, the restaurant staff, the bar staff upstairs and the two gentlemen assisting with luggage and valet were great. A la carte breakfast was good as were the drinks at the bar upstairs. The room itself was great, through it could use more towels. I'm not sure if this was a one-time thing that just happened to us, but we had no towel to serve as bath mat or hand towel (and had to both wait and remind of our need for the third bath towel for a party of three). It's walking distance to a few restaurants and cafes, or a quick cab/uber ride to Chapu.

Our event booked here some rooms, hotel was nice, I mean, property and our room. Everything nice and goo quality at the room; nice wall of Tequila at the Hotel Lobby Bar, outstandig view. There's a band or music that plays until 11pm around so make it little noisy Staff when I booked was really good, the day after seems to be that some of the guys hate other service members and were kind of rude. Breakfast is poor, in four days only one day was ok in service, but seems that the staff is underpayed or unhappy with their jobs, so you may skip it. At the top floor there's a bar, really nice view, services is bad, prices are cheap for USA/European; somehow high for Mexicans; we experienced that one of the waitress was a little bit rude and at the end charge us more for the drinks, all day in bad mood, anything you ask she said that we should wait (even when the place was almost empty) so if you are a Mexican is kind of racist this area wih this girl. Maybe you need to hire a real manager that check it out all services, I think is great facility, poorly served by some members; You should think twice to attend top floor open bar, unfriendly and kind of racist place; review the chek prior to leave; also some drinks are poorly presented The only guys always saying hi and friendly: security personnel at lobby, or maybe you have a very bad five days during my stay. Finally they took no IHG One Rewards, girl at lobby said they have no system connected to fidelity club.. Guys need to improve, services business is mostly about : service.
