“Manager gave us 2 free breakfasts after a minor complaint.”
I had the best experience at this hotel. I have stayed twice here. :The staff is incredibly friendly. Our maid was fun and friendly. “Modern and comfortable, centrally located to explore Guadalajara ”
This is my go to hotel when I go to Guadalajara. It's elegant, clean and modern. I love the bright rooms. The pool and sauna are wonderful. The location is central. “Good Value”
Most things are great about this hotel. Service Staff (reception)is not particularly warm. They do the job alright but one gets the impression they are not trained in hospitality. I recommend it for business travel without serious expectations of service
