“Friendly staff!”
Rooms were okay, I’d say a bit under my expectations but they did the job. Location was good front desk staff was very helpful, especially ray. We stay here all of the time when visiting Guadalajara. In the past, we stayed at the Hyatt Andares but it’s so expensive and getting an Uber from there is pricey. “Great service all around.”
Room was clean, service was great especially Ray the shuttle driver who went above and beyond to take us and pick us up from the places we wanted to go visit. this hotel and his service will want me to stay again in theis hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and service especially RAY.
