““Puerta Vallarta Girls Trip” !”
Beautiful facility, friendly staff. Cristian Flores with the Joy activity squad was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. He told us about the Mexican Fiesta and we were able to enjoy it. Everyone here tries to make your experience special. They are all polite. However, Cristian with JoySquad went above and beyond. He clearly takes pride in making sure everything goes your way on vacation

Rooms were beautiful and spacious. Housekeeping kept everything clean. All staff was super friendly and helpful from waiters to shuttle drivers. Big shout out to Cristian from JoySquad for making our water aerobics so fun and being so helpful and friendly. He's the best!
