“Great experience”
Gabriel at vidanta joy squad was very good at intertaining us with cards and bingo. Defenitly recomend coming here

“Great service by Cristian!”
The place is amazing and the service is incredible! Cristian did an amazing job interacting and providing amazing service. He was super friendly! He was in the joy department and made the pool area super fun!! We love this resort!

“Amazing service at the Grand Mayan”
I love the JoySquad at the Grand Mayan Pool. Cristian has been amazing! He is so personable and has made our trip so much fun! “Christian Oswaldo and Luis the superstars!!”
Christian of the joy squad, Oswaldo, and Luis and the grand Mayan pool bar, were absolute all stars. They made our experience a 12/10. I hope they are properly celebrated for all their hard work and excellent service!!

“Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta”
Stayed at Grand Luxxe, room is very nice. Did activities at Grand Mayan. Really enjoyed Cristian of Grand Mayan Joy Squad. He is very personable and teaches a very good Aqua Aerobics class.
