Service was great at this resort! Jorge the bellperson was very personable and assisted us in every way possible. He made us feel at home and took care of us from start to the end of our trip. “Japanese restaurant - fun and yummy”
The resort is beautiful. Tucked into nature. Pools are wonderful. We really enjoyed the experience at the on-site Japanese restaurant- Komorebi. Our chef, Carlos was excellent along with the kind servers - Rey and Rosita! Thank you so much!
