“Overal Fine place to stay, lacking modern ameneties”
The Courtyard was fine, nothing special. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, but needs some remodeling and upgrades, old wall AC units, no USB chargers or outlets. TV had decent options in English which helped.

“GREAT STAFF”
The receptionist Evelyn was the most welcoming, helpful and attentive person that has ever given us hotel service. Although the hotel rooms aren’t as modern the beds are really comfy. It has a good gym and a very adult pool. Didn’t try the restaurant but would definitely go back just because of Eve… more

“Lovely staff, terrible property”
As usual in Mexico, the staff are excellent. I wish I could say the same for the building though. Very old and tired, suffering from years of neglect, astronomically hot in the summer and a happy train noise to keep you awake at night. Not really up to Marriott standards.

“No hot water first night and next morning.”
Unhappy check in after no hot water that evening. No hot water next morning either. Finally got hot water the morning after but already made plans to check out and move to a Hilton hotel which had hot water BTW
