“A great location with comfy beds”
I was very impressed with this hotel because you could simply walk across the road (or walk 200 metres down the road to cross over via a bridge) to Galerias Monterrey. “Exceptional Stay”
Our 3 night stay was an excellent experience. The staff was very courteous at all times. The view of our connecting rooms on the 9th floor was exceptional . The location is surrounded by some good restaurants and an indoor mall that you can walk to withing just a few minutes.

“Amazing Hotel”
I stayed at this hotel for 4 days with a family of 6, great hospitality, breakfast, staff, pool, and everything near by is amazing to visit, especially the mall that is within a short walking distance - Galerías Monterrey. I would definitely stay again with family, solo, or business trip!

The hotel is showing its age. The rooms are well decorated and comfortable. There are no features on the television for streaming. The hot water can be hit and miss. Very dissapointing for a Marriott Four Points! Beds were very uncomfortable, shower didnt have hot water twice! Windows are so dirty its hard to see out. The gym is tiny and was hot!
