“I enjoyed my stay and I'm for sure going back and staying. ”
Carmen mendoza was one of the best waitress in the entire restaurant, she was kind,sweet,and she overall such an amazing and helpful person. She helped me get through the city of monterrey. She helped my daughters translate the things on the menu, and explained everything to them.

“The best”
It is a nice place, in the restaurant part, Ms. Mendoza was great and very helpful. at the front desk Mr. Pascual and Mr. David were polite and friendly. the part of the cleanliness in the room very good. without hesitation I'll go back to the hotel.

“Breakfast/ stay”
It was such and amazing place to stay, the service was absolutely great! I definitely enjoyed my stay there my breakfast and the service there was amazing the lady that helped us there was so sweet and very enjoyable to talk to her name is carmen, y’all definitely need to ask for her she’s so nice… more
