“Perfect price performance ratio”
I give the full points for a couple of reasons even when the hotel is not direct in the center ( but not far away) and you can´t call it luxurious. “Nice but far from the center”
25°39'59.76"N 100°20'49.49"W We went to Monterrey for 2 to 3 nights. After walking in the Zona hotelera (Hotel zone) for about 1 hour, we came to the conclusion that there were no rooms available. “Very nice and clean”
I stayed at this hotel its very clean and the rooms are big. Service is great. I was there for surgery in mty. The view was to the pool. And the pool also was nice.

“Good B&B - for long stay”
Neighborhood - Good Location - Average Room type - Not very good. It is skewed rectangular which is not favorable for spending time in the room - typically for long stay. Also bit shabby in nature. Price - with this price i would recommend better hotel in city center.
