“Convenient and pleasant stay”
I love this hotel and have stayed here multiple times over the years. I am looking forward to the changes/improvements that the new management is incorporating. “Good for price and convenient location”
Price was ok. Location is just perfect in the heart of downtown. Friendly and helpful staff. Down side. Rooms are old and small. The halls have too much echo and you can hear people talking outside. Poor bad breakfast

“Calm hotel”
Chetumal is our last stop in Mexico. The city is located on the border and is not a tourist destination. The rooms, service and kitchen are of a good standard. A good place to relax from the hustle and bustle.

“Comfortable and clean”
Nice spacious rooms in corporate style hotel. . Clean throughout. Comfortable bed. Good quality linen and towels, plenty toiletries. Easy to walk to seafront and restaurants. Good pool area. No glasses provided in room or bathroom. Coffee in room not up to much.

The hotel is smart with a very attractive pool area and comfortable rooms. The window needed a good wash though. We ate dinner there which was fine.
