We had an incredible stay at Planet Hollywood Mexico, and a huge part of that was thanks to our personal butlers, Edward and Mauricio. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything we needed, whether it was making reservations, answering questions, or taking care of special requests. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness made us feel truly valued and completely stress-free throughout our vacation. Edward and Mauricio's outstanding service exceeded all of our expectations. They are a true asset to Planet Hollywood, and we can't thank them enough for making our trip so memorable. We highly recommend them to anyone visiting the resort and look forward to seeing them again on our next vacation!

Our stay was great overall. We came for a friend’s wedding, and it was beautiful, albeit extremely hot. We asked for a dehumidifier when we arrived, the room was a little musty and the sheets were a little damp. They brought one right away and it helped. We had a swim up suite, which was great. They had beach towels in the room, as well as bath towels. The rooms could use a little refresh, but overall our room was nice. We only used the large rain shower head because the small handle shower head didn’t seem to be working and it also looked old. To be fair, I didn’t bother messaging our butler about it because we didn’t want to deal with it. Our toilet was taking a long time to fill about day 3 and our butler immediately got someone there to fix it when we told them. The sit down dinners were good food, and the buffet was surprisingly good food - not just cheapy foods. Guys Burgers was a big disappointment. Would not recommend eating there at all at this resort. Food was not good at all. Room service was great to order, especially ordering at night to have breakfast delivered in the morning, but the food quality was very mid. Still nice not having to leave the room when you don’t want to. It can take a long time though if you aren’t ordering ahead. One thing they could do better is to make sure the bars and restaurants have A/C running cold. Doors open constantly, and it often felt like a sauna. The sports bar was extremely hot, and the buffet on day 2 had no air flow - it was so uncomfortable. Even at our friend’s wedding they said they don’t turn on the AC in the chapel until right before the service, so it didn’t have time to cool off. I was sweating during the ceremony. No air flow, and sun was streaming through the windows. If you’re thinking of an excursion, the Isla Mujeres Catamaran trip was a great time!! Also, I highly recommend star class if you’re staying here. The butlers are so nice and helpful, and they communicate with you throughout the day through WhatsApp to make sure your needs are met. This includes daily activity schedules, customize your minibar to your preferences, customize housekeeping to your preferences (extra towels, pillows etc), making dinner reservations and changing them for you if you need to, etc. They were a great help and really helped me feel relaxed not having to worry about anything. Shout out to Mauricio and Edwar, our star class butlers. They were so nice and so helpful!!! Edwar and Mauricio were quick to respond to any questions or requests and they were always very cheerful. I can say without a doubt that they made this trip a great experience. Thank you Edwar and Mauricio!!!

“Generally a good time”

Lluvia, was fantastic with everything. Florida our concierge was great, our rooms could be cleaner. drinks were great, and the pools were a fantastic place to chill at, could use more shaded areas. Good location not far from the airport.

My Husband and I went for our 35 yr anniversary. We arrived at 9:00 am and had to wait until 3:00 to check into our room. My Husband and I went for our 35 yr anniversary. We arrived at 9:00 am and had to wait until 3:00 to check into our room. This was a little disappointing because we thought with star class you could do an early check in. We had meds that needed refrigerated but they did let us keep that bag behind the counter, and we could swim and eat until we could get our room. We had a butler who took care of us, his name was Edwar. He did an amazing job making appointments for dinner and checking in on us. 5 stars EDWAR!! Very attentive. We talked to Edwar about how at other resorts we would have towels made into cute things on our bed and we come back to our room and he had it done for us. Our favorite place to eat was actually the star class bar and grill. The flank steak was better than the steak house. Alex, Mike, Franky, were terrific. Mike made the best drinks ask for the mombo lily #5 his special. Alex was none stop getting food out to people and Frankie walked around the Star Class pool making sure we always had a drink in hand. Whoo hoot! We found that the dinner buffet served us best with such a wide variety of food. One night they even had lobster on the buffet. We did not like the OT sports bar. We loved the Catch for their smoked cream corn soup. We also enjoyed our swim out in the evening. We did 1 excursion to the island and that was horrible. You have to pay $35 per chair to sit at the beach ( we were not told that in advance) it is extremely packed and everyone is herded like cattle. Our overall experience was great because we mainly just relaxed around the pool ate and swam. My husband and I are not extremely picky people.
