“Our stay at ph was lovely”
Our welcome at the resort was very warming. We were greeted by staff and given a beverage upon arrival. The room was clean and stocked well with water and beverages. If you want a huge hotel this is it. We prefer smaller more quaint hotels but we decided to try Planet Hollywood out. “Resort ok, but how can an all-inclusive run out of beer?”
The first 2 days were great. Then come Monday and Tuesdsy by 10:30 am both days the pool bar was out of beer. Who runs out of beer at an all inclusive?? Who does not restock at night??
