“US Tourist Friendly”
I don’t speak Spanish, but checking in was a breeze. The staff is very patient and accommodating with English speaking tourists. The room was spacious and clean. The bar and pool areas were comfortable. It was everything I would expect from a Holiday Inn & Suites.

“Good option to stay near the Airport”
it is old but good enough. Some furniture needs renewal. The service is great and they were always eager to help. The service to the Airport works very well. The buffet at Olive restaurant is just average.

“Great spot five minutes from the airport.”
Very friendly and helpful staff! Good, clean rooms as you would expect. But the bed and even pillows were great. Solid WiFi and room service was good too. The staff were incredible because I was gifted some tamales from local friends and needed them cold over night to travel home the next day. … more

So I reserved given the good reviews and have concluded there are better options. For those members of IHG, try the Holiday Inn Express on Luis D Colosio.
