“Great family time”
Great service, front desk personnel was super helpful. Quiet and clean rooms. Breakfast was tasty, complete and excellent service too.

“Excellent stay at BW Hotel Plaza Matamoros, MX”
I highly recommend the Best Western Hotel Plaza, Matamoros where I spent 4 nights! Excellent value when considering the quality of the service and accommodations. Front desk, restaurant and cleaning staff were friendly, professional, and very responsive.

“Matamoros! What a town!”
I love everything about this town! From the restaurants to the Mercado and plazas. And then there are always the beaches and music! I love this place.

“It was Ok.”
No open kitchen. No continental breakfast offered. I was given a spoiled/rotten banana and a soggy sandwich in a plastic bag. No chef in house. Hotel should have offered vouchers for restaurants near by.

“Not a great value”
Check in process was great with helpful staff. The room was disappointing but bed was comfortable. The tiled floors were dirty. When coming out of shower with barefeet, it created muddy footprints. Breakfast was a basic continental. Pool was closed when we arrived so we did not have a chance to try… more
