The Roma Hotel is good place to stay. “Simple spot with free breakfast and Wifi”
Location was close to International Bridge with ample and secure parking. Easy walking distance to Mercado Juarez and the Plaza Allende. Rooms were clean but perhaps a little small. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay here again if in Matamoros.

“Mini vacation ”
Clean and spacious, very close to downtown and the market, I come out here at least two times a year and this is where I preferred to stay, it's not too far from the Mexican beach or South Padre Island and shopping is near and a variety of restaurants as well...

Very good hotel for the money. You also get to use the pool at the Best Western across the street. Offstreet parking and breakfast is included.
