I had a great trip to Xalapa - I visited Coatepec too and really enjoyed my time. “Good meeting venue, but in need of repairs ”
Came here for a conference, but actually stayed offsite because hotel sold out beforehand. This is likely the best location, but the hotel itself could use repair. Tile floors are chipped, cracked, and tiles are missing. Pool itself is nice, but buildings need to be painted and have s hew holes … more

“Comfortable hotel”
Very friendly and helpful staff, even though we don't speak any Spanish. Good selections on the buffet breakfasts. Recommended for a quiet and relaxing stay. Will be going again in the fall as the hotel made us feel very welcome.
