“Nice hotel”
Whether you are travelling for business or pleasure, this hotel is convenient to the center without being exactly in the busy, buy streets. This hotel would be preferred to the Holiday Inn express that is exactly in the center plaza. The service is great and the rooms are large & clean.

“Very nice rooms with great service ”
I stayed here for a convention after the Gran Hotel was sold out and so happy I did. Service was outstanding! The bellman took care of my luggage without asking or expecting a tip. “Nice hotel close to restaurants.”
We we stayed here a few nights while in Xalapa. There were a couple of restaurants within walking distance to eat at night, and breakfast was served at the hotel. Rooms were nice, with plenty of room and clean. Found the stairs a tad dangerous, see picture. Overall, it was a good stay, though.

“Nice, good price hotel.”
This hotel is an excellent choice for the business traveller, and for vacationers wanting to be close to everything in the capital. The rooms are very nice and the breakfast buffet is better than most. The front desk personnel are excellent!
