“Haven in Mérida”
We had an excellent stay here. It is like a haven in Merida. Rooms are a great size with lots of original features - beautiful tiles, lighting and great pools. Staff were extremely friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again if I visited Mérida again.

“Great staff and lovely rooms”
Lovely hotel. The staff were terrific. When we arrived they parked our car in the car park around the corner as it was raining heavily. They were very helpful and friendly. “Excellent Service”
This hotel is picturesque and very centrally located. The room was spacious and we had a large balcony overlooking the courtyard with the pool. The best part of this stay was the staff of the hotel.
