“We loved this hotel! Location, staff, room all perfect for us!”
We, by sheer luck, picked the best place we could have stayed in Merida! Any closer to the centro historico we couldn't afford a place as nice as this, and in any case a place closer would have been much noisier. “Home away from home”
This is the 2nd year I stayed at the Santa Ana. It remains a great place to stay. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. “Clean & friendly”
The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The hotel is very clean and well located with a laundromat crossing the street, walking distance to the park and awesome restaurants. Free bottle of water as a welcome and free coffee all day.

“Great value for money”
Super decent place, with really nice staff. Value for money is super cool, very well located, with decent rooms and bathroom. It's an oldish hotel, perfect for a night in central location, nearby the city center, walking distance for many restaurant.

“Cute Hotel close to Boulevard Paseo Montejo”
Greeted by Juan at the Front Desk. Explained everything about the Hotel. Nice clean room next to the Pool on the main Floor. This is a cute Hotel and is located near to Santa Ana Park and is walking distance from the main boulevard of Paseo Montejo Breakfast for a Fee
