“Great Staff, Location, Friendly and Helpful”
Desk manager Veronica was stunningly helpful and kind. Everybody on staff were friendly and made my stay comfortable and easy. “Lovely public spaces and super staff”
This hotel is in a nice part of Merida centro. It has a very lovely central courtyard though the pool seems larger in the pictures than in reality. It seemed popular with the residents though. “Does the job if you need a bed for the night”
Very average / does the job If you need a night or two in Merida. The room was very basic and run down but clean enough and towels changed daily. Wifi was poor unless in lobby. Hotel grounds and communal ambience was nice. Very good location & close to everything
