We had a great stay overall. The animation team were fantastic and always made sure everything was okay and that we had everything we needed. They were also brilliant at recommending trips and hotel activities, especially Jawad. The hotel was clean, and the food was great with plenty of choice. There was some initial confusion with our room, as we had been booked into the sister hotel, which was a two-minute drive away. However, once we raised this with reception, it was sorted by the following day. The only other issue we experienced was in the spa, where one member of staff was quite persistent about asking for a tip during our treatment and waited for us to finish getting changed to remind us again. This made us feel a little uncomfortable. However, we raised this separately with the spa, and they dealt with it professionally. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and are already planning to come back next year. We would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking to visit Morocco.

Stayed at the hotel in July for a week , had a good relaxing time and headline comment would be its Adequate for a weeks stay , there were Pro's and Con's as everywhere and my personal thoughts may not reflect everyone's experience. Room lovely we had a golf view on top floor and this was clean , large and air con was a welcome blessing , Food was ok for an AI , breakfast and lunch better then evening , although even evening was ok , used the Italian Al a Cart only and this was a nice change, food although limited was nice and cooked well, entrance was a bit run down but inside was nicer so don't be put off , Pool areas acceptable although lack of shade could be a problem this time of year due to heat , also i noticed that Towels were placed very early I.e before 06:30 then not used until post 09:30 - Hotel should have rules for this as its selfish, unless your up early and sit there that's fine so early but to get up place towels and then go back to bed is not a good look , Bars, or lack of them let the hotel down , there was one bar with a pop up bar for some of the day to serve all guests Alcoholic drinks , so long queues regularly then when it is your turn told two Drinks only ! Beer was the only good drink as it was bottled albeit 220ml so small in qty, other drinks were poor quality , and small measures - certainly this let the hotel down , pool bar staff were generally not looking happy to be at work in contrast the inside bar staff were happy and pleasant, maybe as not as busy who knows , restaurant staff were very pleasant and helpful , full marks to those , gym was well stocked and large and spa looked nice although didn't use it for any treatments so cant comment on that , summary : not a 5 star , perhaps 3.5/4. Tip get restaurant and inside bar staff to educate the outside bar staff on how to smile, improve drink qty sensibly we are adults after all and quality certainly apart from Beer , did i enjoy overall YES , would i come back NO Just a , but if you get a good value break its still worth it, Entertainment team were good fun and worked hard during the day the evenings need improving though as no were else to go really other than taxi's

Overall the trip was fine, no issues. 4 of us stayed here for 5 nights for my daughter’s 18th birthday. The hotel is definitely not a 5* it’s generally tired & in some areas rather tatty & run down. The ‘cocktails’ were possibly some of the worst I’ve ever had, they either taste of water or sugar syrup, on the plus side I really enjoyed the buffet, the quality & selection was really good. It was nice just to relax in or by the pool if you could get a sun bed, you had to be up at 7.30! Didn’t bother with the alacarte restaurants as there is only 3 options on the menu. We did use the free bus into the city twice. I would advise anyone to not use the onsite shop, no prices on anything & absolutely EXTORTIONATE. The animation team were great & work hard all day entertaining & engaging with guests.

Overall an okay hotel but will not be returning. On the first day we were not helped with our cases or directed to our room, we were told to just follow the signs and ended up lost for a long time in a part of the hotel that was not being used due to being done up (that’s where the signs told us to go) We eventually found our room in a completely different building. We also had to ask where we could get changed as our room was not ready yet and again we’re just told the toilet and given no direction or help. The rooms are one of the best parts of the hotel, very cool, clean and modern. The pools are nice, it isn’t too hard to get a sunbed but you do struggle if you come down abit later on. The entertainment was not the best it felt quite cheap and wasn’t run the best. The all inclusive drinks menu is very small and limited and they run out of things often too which doesn’t help. The cocktails are extremely watery and don’t feel like they have any alcohol in. They leave bottles of drinks out and serve them, i received a boiling hot pepsi twice. The food is quite hit and miss, not the best for fussy eaters as most options are fish and for the size of the hotel and number of guests is not adequate. Me and my friend also fell ill on our second to last day with sickness fever and diarrhoea which we are assuming is down to the food or maybe if they are using tap water for their ice and it is not treated. A good holiday but was average and could of been a lot better, and the illness kind of ruined it abit. Won’t be returning
