I have just spent 7 nights at this hotel. Although upon booking, reviews were great, recent reviews had me very worried. I am now so shocked at the negative reviews as my experience here has been nothing but positive. Nothing is too much for the staff here. They are extremely welcoming and always smiling & pleased to help with anything they can. Our room was lovely with a garden terrace and view of the pool. The beds are literally one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in! There is entertainment and activities for everyone of all ages throughout the day and evenings. It is DEFINITELY child friendly! They have so much for the kids to do, not only all the pools and slides, but a child’s park, there are entertainers constantly coming around including the children in as many activities as they can. We did yoga most mornings and there was aqua sports during the day. There is also a good variety of food and I cannot believe that anyone would struggle to find something they liked. There is an enormous amount of deserts! They had so much lovely food here that I’ve literally put on half a stone being here 🙄🤣 I’ve got a very weak stomach and no bad bellies here! I’ve had ice in my drinks everyday, nothing wrong with it. The hotel grounds are constantly being maintained from the minute you wake until last thing at night including cleaning of the pools as we was positioned right next to the pool and witnessed this every morning and night. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis unless you leave a do not disturb sign out. As for cockroaches, I’ve not seen one! I also cannot thank the lovely staff enough for going above and beyond to organise a birthday cake for my sisters special birthday and making her day so much more magical than we could have imagined, with all the staff coming out to sing her happy birthday in English, French and Arabic 🥰🎂❤️ Overall, I’m very impressed with this hotel. If you was having doubts like me due to previous reviews, I hope this does not put you off and can put your minds at rest. Will definitely return one day.

“Brilliant family holiday!”

Absolutely loved it here. The food was amazing, the staff were lovely, and the resort was extremely family-friendly. We loved being able to get the shuttle bus into the Medina and then jump in the pool later in the day! 💯 would go back again!!

Iam currently here at the hotel on my 31st visit,I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.the ground and surrounding are very well kept it’s an oasis.the rooms are very spacious and very well equipped the beds and pillows are so comfortable,the maid service daily clean the rooms to perfection and are always so cheerful. The reception staff and the staff that take your luggage to your room are so attentive and so helpful and will do anything to make your stay go as smoothly as possible. Restaurant has an abundance of amazing food everything is so fresh and set out beautifully,there is also an Italian corner where you can get freshly cooked pizzas hashiam cooks the most delicious carbonara I have had. staff at Italian corner are always smiling. There is a large variety of food even for the fussiest of eaters will always find something to eat.the chef on the grill is so polite and makes a great omelette at breakfast. The waiters work so hard and every table is cleared quickly.Bar staff at pool bar and in cosy bar work so hard and have a good variety of cocktails ashrif is wonderful and a great asset to the hotel.the pools are great the main pool has water fountains coming up around the sides it looks fantastic,and four waterslides are great fun.the lifeguards do a great job and interact with the guests and have fun with the guests thank you Salim anas rabee and the rest of the lifeguard staff.around pool areas are so clean . The entertainment team have always got something going on with games and dancing during the day,Moroccan day is once weekly where there are some market stalls and traditional tagine cooking lessons where you even get to eat it afterwards it’s tastes delicious they also do a Moroccan themed night where you can dress up in Moroccan clothes and it really is a great introduction to Moroccan culture,the entertainment team are also there every night to greet the guests going for your evening meal. They also have a different evening show with a mini disco and mini club for your little ones during the day.i can truly recommend having a massage wow she was amazing I suffer with my back and muscle and nerve damage and the massage was fantastic,once again thank you to every member of staff at labranda for making our stay fantastic yet again.see you all again next month.Tracey and Jimmy
